Life as a 3 month old

Jake is such a great baby.  He rarely cries, loves playing by himself, and sleeps like a champ.  It has really worked out perfectly for us, as I have been able to take care of him while still working from home.  What a blessing!

He is growing way too fast!  Just tonight I was looking at him thinking how much he has grown so quickly.  It's all flying by and I don't want to miss a moment!

As of late Jake has enjoyed going on walks with Andrew, Kyle (the dog), and me.  Actually I'm not entirely sure what he thinks about walks.  He never cries or fusses, but he gets EXTREMELY serious.  It's nearly impossible to get a smile out of him.  He's clearly taking in lots of new sights and sounds.  He has enjoyed his sunglasses, though :)

I am so lucky because Andrew can do a lot of his studying at home.  He's usually gone from about 10am until around 3-4pm.  I typically feed Jake and work as much as possible during that time, so it's not too bad, but I sure love having Andrew home as well.  Jake enjoys sleeping next to his studying daddy.

Jake not only enjoys sleeping next to Andrew, but anywhere.  He takes about six 45 minute naps throughout the day, always in different places.

Jake has also taken to modeling for pictures.  I guess that could be a sign that I take too many :)

But seeing how different he looks now than he did 3 months ago, I can't stop taking pictures.  I always want to remember exactly how he was and all his cute little outfits, funny faces, and gummy grins.  I absolutely adore this little boy!
