Firsts for Jake

This weekend we went and visited my parents at their house.  Our dog Kyle needed his shots updated, and there was a traveling clinic that is a heck of a lot cheaper than a vet that was going to be in town for an hour Saturday afternoon.  Kyle did pretty well, given the circumstances.  He was great waiting in line with all the other dogs, and he didn't have any allergic reactions this time...phew!

When we were there, Jake played a real piano for the first time! 

He also rode a swing for the fist time.  He liked playing the piano, but he LOVED the swing!

We also took his new stroller for a spin while at the park.

Jake had a fun time playing with grandpa and taking a nap with grandma.  When he woke up from his nap he made the funniest faces at my mom- he must have been confused from just waking up.  I took a couple pictures of his face, and then he noticed the camera and smiled.  He must be catching on after about 1/4 million pictures that the camera means "smile."

We had so much fun visiting my parents this weekend and experiencing so many firsts with our little man.  Andrew and I are so grateful to be parents and love every minute of it!
